A Sunny Sunday-

Sunday morning---  calm----  sunny--- I was changing our bed this am--and looked out to the lake and it looked so peaceful.---
Well, the best laid plans of mice and men--(-Mom used to say that-)-- I have an eye appointment to-morrow morning at 10am---in Sudbury-- a 2 hr drive from here. I have a driver picking me up-- one of our sons was supposed to take Lopez, but---- that is not happening as he forgot to mark it on his calendar---so-  Lord love a Duck!-- Himself is going to keep Lopez here , by himself, until I get back home which will be around 3pm to 4pm--I cannot cancel my eye appointment as I have done that once before--but----  hopefully Himself can handle the little guy--Lopez is a handful for sure! ---Maybe if I call a neighbour to just check on Himself to make sure he is OK--Leaving him alone is always a worry!---

I hope where ever you are, that your Sunday is sunny---and relaxing!-- I will have to let you know how to-morrow turns out--

  1. Sending good wishes for tomorrow. Hopefully whatever worries there are turn out to be just that... needless worries... and that Himself and Lopez have a fine day together while you take care of YOU. Having a neighbor check in is not a bad thought, either.

  3. That is a beautiful picture you are posting today. Could you put Lopez in his kennel tomorrow so Himself doesn't have to worry about him? I imagine he will cry but maybe Beau will sit with him and calm him down. You are important and have to look after yourself and sometimes things will have to change a little for you to get the care you need. Let your sons know you will be away and ask if they could look in on their dad. Wishing you all the best. Hugs!

  7. Sending positive thoughts that Lopez will have a nice day tomorrow with Fred…any chance one of the grandkids can spend the day with Grandpa? You MUST take care of your medical needs, too SO I’m glad you have arrangements!
    Beautiful lake picture! ❤️Eissa7

  9. Good luck with your eye appointment. I do hope himself will take care of little Lopez! It's too bad your son didn't write it down but I just learned that my oldest daughter booked a business trip for the day I am having spine surgery! I'm hoping the daughter who's taking Daisy doesn't flake on me too!

  10. Beautiful view.
Perhaps neighbor or son can pop in and check.on Lopez and Fred. Are one of the grands able to stay with Fred for a little while and take Lopez out?. It will work out. No worry. Take care. Play your piano.

  11. Beautiful picture. It would be good if a neighbour, son or grandchild could check on himself and let the dogs out and then you don't have to worry! Good luck with your appointment.

  12. Beautiful peaceful picture of your lake.

You do need to find someone who can check up on himself a couple of times a day. It probably is not a good idea to live himself alone since you have no idea how he will be tomorrow and you don't want to spend the time worrying about him. May you sons can drop by a couple of times a day, any grandkids who can come and stay for a little while, and yes ask the neighbor to stop by. I know that is having to ask a lot of people and I know you don't want to bother them but it would be better to bother them and come home and find no problems rather don't bother and himself has a problem. Don't mean to scare you but himself is not himself any more which is very sad.

Praying that you find a solution.

Good luck on the eye appointment.
