You are strong enough to live this life!

Good day to all--  Isn't it wonderful to wake up and be well-?--- and it seems all is well in this part of the world--for to-day anyway-  I am going to town to get groceries ASAP-

 I have walked Lopez --

He is such a  wee guard dog--As we neared the highway, he began to growl as he was starring into the bush--then he began to bark viciously-- I could not see an animal, but I'm sure there was a fox or a bear close by-He just would not move --kept looking into the bush--

To-day the Grandson comes to cut the grass--- hopefully! ---Beau , the German, is here beside me-- and Sushi is on her perch starring outside-- I was up at 6am to feed them all--Good thing  I'm not a farmer eh??--I'd be still out there feeding the chickens--LOL

I wish for you a good day--be strong enough to live it, no matter what-- I figure someone up there--or out there, is watching over you--Lord love a Duck! WE CAN do this!

Yes it is wonderful to wake up feeling well. A blessing.
Lopez is quite the watchdog. I, too, am glad you don't have chickens are any more animals to care for.
I'm glad grandson is helping out with the yard. Its big and a lot for you.
Be safe on your grocery outing. Its not much fun these days but we gotta have food.
Enjoy your day and stay strong.

  8. I don't know why it is, but those small breed dogs are bristly barking guards, for sure. Lopez is behaving to type.

Hope your grass was cut, and your grocery trip successful!

    Happy Labour Day weekend.

  9. I'm glad you are having a good day and good for Lopez to watch out for animals. My grandsons were here last Sunday morning and I looked outside - there was a nice sized fox just walking through our yard. He didn't stay long but it was fun to see from the window!

  10. I'm glad Lopez was protecting you! My day was a bit hectic. Go to work, leave at noon, go to a new podiatrist, dash somewhere to grab lunch, then to the cemetery to pick out an outside niche where my urn and my late husband's urn will go. My cousin wanted me to have a prepaid funeral package, so now all is done but a new will. There will be no one to leave anything to, so I will be leaving it to the city, if there's anything left. Being there was very emotional. It's lovely there, but posing next to the niche that my urn will face for eternity kind of gets to you. Glad it's the Labor Day weekend! :)

    1. Whoops, which SHE will be paying for. Not me. Kind of sudden, but it's a thoughtful gesture, for sure. I had to patch her in on the conversation standing out in the hot sun, where the niches were b/c of course I needed to see them and decide. Ugh!

  12. Yes...we can do this! Start each day with a positive attitude, look for the good part of each experience...and help and love ourselves and each other! Whew! Tall order sometimes when 'life comes at you.' I think we do pretty well, though.
Took my elderier than me to the ER last evening. They kept her overnight. She had a TIA. They are sending her in 17 days (!) to a hospital an hour away to have an MRI. They can't do it here cuz she has a pacemaker. Was able to bring her home this afternoon, though, and she is cheerful.
I pet sit Sat., Sun, and part of Monday for 4 cats and 2 dogs on the far side of our town. It's for some dear friends (they say they adopted me as another mother). They pay me in cash for gas and groceries. Maybe a treat, too. Ice cream?
    Love the photo of Himself and Lopez! {{{HUGS}}}
