There is a PARTY coming up and---

It has been busy this morning----and--I got up about 5-30am-- just to get everything done-- AND-- It's one of "those" mornings, when it feels like I am UNORGANIZED-----  You know the feeling-- that you really are accomplishing something, but it seems like I'm going in circles- I did get my one room done--dusted-- but , in between phone calls, and having to take the wee Chihuahua out twice before he did his business--

It is minus 13C-clear and sunny--WITH NO SNOW FALLING!---feels even difficult to breathe-for me--  The poor Chihuahua eh?--But---  He finally did what he went out to do, in the dog pen--Bless his heart! I was even thinking of those "Pee Pads""-- Lord love a duck! I hope I never have to go thru that again!

December 16th is coming up-- and , you know what day that is??---  MY BIRTHDAY--  and I shall be 80 years young--(How --on earth did I ever get this old?)-AND----  Son#2 can pick each of you up at your local airport--but--(always the big "butt" eh?)---  I need to let him know where your local airport is---He will bring the Dreamliner--so everyone can fit--  I think it holds 400 people-(As if there will be 400 people celebrating my Birthday!)---unless you bring your pets-- I have arranged to have an enormous bubble put over our house and the lake-- to keep the weather out-- There will be non fattening foods--music--bands playing--and we will just have a whole day of fun!--no gifts please--YOU ALL WILL BE MY GIFT---I WILL FINALLY MEET YOU ALL_  Now--Dec 16th --but let me know where Son#2 can pick yu up--

--
LOL---  (You know, it helps to have a large imagination)---

I must warm up the car, as Son#2 , I hear  sent some Jamaican patties up north here , when Son#2 and 3 were down in TORONTO----

Until to-morrow then--- think good thoughts--We are alive---It's amazing  what a smile can do!---

  1. It is always soooo much fun getting together to celebrate YOU; I have been to many of your grand affairs! Can’t wait…tell Son#2 to come to either the Tampa or Clearwater/St. Pete Airport…I’ll bring plenty of sunshine, white sand, and a smiling face! See ya soon! ❤️ Eissa7

  2. Welcome to the "80's Club!" I reached that milestone almost 8 years ago and am now looking forward to the "90's" Club! Oh my, who would have thought we'd get this old, eh?

I would love to celebrate with you Lynda, and your son, the airplane pilot, can pick me up at either the Hamilton or Toronto airport, whichever is most convenient for him. But "non-fattening" food? Come on dear friend, let's have a big, rich, tasty BD cake! :)

Hugs & Love being sent to you, Fred, Beau, Sushi & Lopez xoxo

  5. Me . . .Me . . .I want to come . . . my closest airport is in Portland Maine even though I live in New Hampshire. I could spit to Maine (old saying from my Mom) Oh and you share a birthday with my baby sister who will be 62 on the 16th. Looking forward to the party! Hope the weather cooperates . . I think we are expecting a storm later in the week.

  7. Orange County John Wayne airport in Southern California, I’ll be waiting!
Instead of pee pads, I use machine washable bath pads and just throw them in the wash when my chi needs to use them (yes, we do get rain in so cal, in fact, it’s pouring now!)

  8. Son #2 can pick me up at LNK airport. I shall bring the treats that I can't take to the gather that got canceled due to Covid close contacts (not me, I'm negative!) But I would not miss your birthday virtual party for ANYTHING! Carl would love to come but begs off, as he has to keep an eye on his "hu-mom" Lacey who has been poorly.

I'll settle on Lopez and Beau giving me my canine fix during the party!

  12. Good for you puppy. He is probably used to it and doesn't even ming. That said, I am sure he is happy to get back inside. Do you then give him a treat for being so good?
I am near to either Minneapolis or Rochester, MN. That's where the famous Mayo Clinic. I won't bring presents, but I will bring birthday cake...with sugar. We will be full after the healthy door. With so many of us we will only get a bite. Hmm...maybe I'd better bake several in different flavors! [[[HUGS]]]

  14. Don't think the Dreamliner can land at Belleville, IL airport as runways might be too short for Son#2's big plane! So he will have to pick me up at the St. Louis, MO airport! I will bring my cats, Mimi and Marley and they can visit/play with Sushi while we party!
