I have to take Himself to the Hearing clinic very soon-- in our nice clean car-- that I did yesterday afternoon--I cleaned the inside of it--and it was a mess after the winter----so, I shall write a lot more later--
So, Dream on---- Maybe if we all dream that Spring has arrived, it really will-----I shall talk to yu later-- The picture of the city--just back from Hearing clinic--His ears are good--but he is grouchy --VERY warm here-I must break out my shorts---Hair day this afternoon-taken from hotel window I presume--looks like a huge city----will talk later-- Hugs to yu all---
We had Summer here yesterday (high of 89℉) and it's supposed to do it again today. Welcome to our version of Spring, when Mother Nature can't decide whether to deliver wildfires or blizzards!
ReplyDeleteHope the visit to the hearing place goes well! And how wonderful it must feel to have that clean car!
I wish I could keep the car clean- LOL-Lynda
DeleteOh my! DS #2 is a long way from home! Glad he arrived safely.
ReplyDeleteGood luck w/DH’s ear clinic appointment!
Yes, the inside of my car was a total mess from winter. Did the inside about a week ago. We'll see how long it lasts!

Its hard to keep the inside clean eh --of the car-- --The man was going go charge me $250 to do it--seemed like a lot-Lynda
DeleteIsrael is far from anywhere. We'll see what kind of food pics we get this time.
ReplyDeleteClean car Wahoo. Mine needs that. 83 F here yesterday. Same today BUT 50F for highs Sat. after rains.
Good luck with hearing aids/ears homself!
Hugs
It was a whole afternoon of work. to clean the inside of the car-- Lynda
DeleteWarm and sunny here too! I have been out this morning - weed whacking around the trees and the ditch area.....have to quit about every 50 minutes as my shoulder gets sore and my thumb hurts from pressing the lever down to keep the trimmer moving. On a break now, so will give myself a rest and go back out after about 30 minutes. It will take me 3 days to get all the trimming done at this rate, but slow and steady wins the race - right? Love that your son#2 keeps in touch with you wherever he goes! It is so sweet! Glad Himself's ears are OK! I think he might be grouchy because his routine was interrupted today! They say as we age, we become more child-like - and I know when I taught Kindergarten, our daily routine was very important to those 5 year olds! And some would become very upset if we did something different! Makes me smile when I think back to my teaching years. Well, time to get back outside! Weeds are waiting! hahaha!
ReplyDeleteYu sound like me when I have to weed whack--I divide the property up into 4--- and do one area a day--Lynda
DeleteGlad the ears checked out, I guess the bleeding was normal to them. This weird warm period suddenly is not normal, either! Ordered groceries, won’t need a sweater to get them from the front porch. Enjoy your day! Hoping the hair wash felt good.
ReplyDeleteHave a great evening. Donna_cps2
ReplyDeleteHi Donna--- I got him to the "ear Ladies who said the ears were good--cleaned out the hearing aids-Lynda
DeleteMarti here. We've been having late spring weather, high 70's, so I've been enjoying it, so rare here. Central Ohio rarely gets nice weather, what I call nice weather. In the 70's and no humidity. By end of May Mother Nature turns on the heat and humidity and then until October, maybe, it will be miserable (to me), and I retreat into the air conditioning. But I've been trying to acclimate to the heat and have refrained from turning on the air. Rolled the windows down in the car and kept the house locked up tight and it's been oh so enjoyable. BUT...starting Monday much much cooler typical April weather is headed in, boo!
ReplyDeleteOur daughter always complains about the heat thee in Ohio-- She is in Medina--:ynda
DeleteMarti again. And sun. I forgot to mention sun. it's typically so overcast here until summer. But clouds and RAIN roll in Saturday
ReplyDeleteSnow here (NE Montana) today after a couple of days of spring...
ReplyDeleteLots of big puddles along the highway and some minor flooding in fields. Lots of ducks, geese, and sea gulls in various ponds and puddles.
Still too muddy to clean out my car.
Montana seems like sorta the weather we have--altho it jas been warming up this week-Lynda
DeleteI know it’s always nice that your son lets you know he is safe. Hope the hearing and hair appointments went well. It is so nice here in Ohio. Dropping to the 60’s next week but that is perfect. Had to turn the AC on yesterday. The house was 77 degrees! I think Spring is here. Lawncare started yesterday. Lots of robins, bluebirds and cardinals on my feeders. I even have a dove nest in my rhododendron outside my window. I have been hearing geese every day and thinking of you. Lol Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteIt’s been nice weather this week but here it’s going to be more normal next week. Clean the car that thoroughly- you are one busy beaver! Son #2 goes everywhere! Will be interesting to see the food pics! Glad himself’s ears were good. Moving to the rehab section of hospital today & hopefully back home in a few weeks. Here’s hoping the weather will be good again then.
