It's SUNDAY--- a day to relax--- let loose-- forget the doggie hairs floating around-- think of the brain cells which are screaming to let loose--Turn up the radio----and dance like a loose goose-shake yer body--
--and now I shall give you the "Doggie Report"-- Everything seems OK at the present time-have not heard when the parents of the 2 visiting doggies are returning--hopefully to-day--but, if not, to-morrow-
- Mr. Lopez, the wee Chihuahua with big time attitude has not had anymore loose bathroom stuff--- but--has not eaten his boiled rice with chicken this -aM-----seems OK tho--- Apollo, the other visiting canine with the heart problem had no coughing fits this AM--so no pill was given to him---and big Beau, is just "Hunky Dory" as Grampa Wallace used to say--OH_--- Lordy Be! Then, there is the cat-- Sushi--- who, of course is lounging upstairs away from all the chaos on the main floor---It sounds like I am running an "Old Age -LT Care facility for pets-- I feel like I am too!
This is LOLA -- the visiting Chihuahua-- and Lopez who we keep on a loose leash so I can grab him when his attitude leaves a lot to be desired!
Ah, hope the doggie parents return! Lotsa work for you.
ReplyDeleteYikes! You have 2 little ones w/issues! Glad Mr. Lopez is not having any more GI distress. His tummy may have to just rest before tackling the chicken ‘n’ rice. Glad Apollo has had no coughing so no need of his medicine. Glad that Beau and Sushi are doing just fine, too! PHEW. A regular visiting zoo!
Hope it’s a good Sunday for you.
Hugs

Lopez has become snarly--I think its the extra canines-- and son#3 returns to-morrow-not soon enough-Lynda
DeleteIndeed what a chore, but you are so loving to take on all those critters, resident and visiting. I'm awaiting the arrival of Carl, the grand-dog and I'll have him for a full 9 days, 8 overnights, while the kids honeymoon. He's a strong pup, and of course, I'm once again hopeful that the cats and he will "make friends". I thought last time we might be making progress, when Prisoner actually got up ON THE DECK next to the door while Carl was inside. We shall see!
ReplyDeleteHugs & hopes for a peaceful Sunday for you, too!
Oh Barb-good luck with Carl---Yu will be busy-- lynda
DeleteHave a restful, peaceful, and hassle free Sunday…you deserve it!! Glad the pups are all doing OK and that Lopez seems to have recovered! I agree, the less news I watch, the better…there are some extremely evil people sharing the planet with us former Spark folks! Eissa7
ReplyDeleteI agree--scarey people in the news-so many shootings -Lynda
DeleteI chuckled at your LT care facility for pets. Poor Lynda. Hope son returns SOON. Lopez may take a bit to get back to normal but glad to hear he seems ok. Sushi hiding upstairs, smart cat.
ReplyDeleteYou ARE braver, stronger and smarter than you think.
I am detoxing from the news! The negative gets me down. I can't change things but I don't need anything else negative to dwell on.
Hoping you play your piano and relax!
Hugs
Lopez has not enjoyed having the other dogs-- He has been very snarly-- I hope he returns to normal-Lynda
DeleteIf I never heard the news again, it would be too soon. I prefer quiet but my husband likes to hear the news over and over again!
ReplyDeleteMy husband watches the news ALL day--crazy!-Lynda
DeleteHope you can take time to just be you, a nurse again!! But no pay. Do what you feel like. At least it’s not snowing.

ReplyDeleteI shall be so happy to return the guests to their own home--LOl-Lynda
DeleteHappy Sunday! It is cloudy here in Ohio. My sister and her husband came to visit from Virginia for the weekend. We had a great time but I am tired. We went to Amish Country yesterday, got caught in the rain just for a bit but it was fun! I love my Sundays too and plan to do nothing for the rest of the day. It really does make a difference to rest our mind and body on Sundays. You always take such great care of all the fur babies. Happy to hear that little Lopez is feeling better. When we got home last night our little yorkie had loose bathroom as well because she had been left a lot longer than normal and all the excitement from company. She seems better today. Enjoy your afternoon!
ReplyDeleteSo happy that the doggie is--over the bathroom problems-Our daughter said it was cold in Ohio--HUGS-Lynda
DeleteHappy to hear that your little Lopez is feeling better! I know it will be easier for you once your doggie visitors go home! I am in California visiting my youngest son and enjoying the warm sunny weather! And it's my birthday! 76 years young today! :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Dear Sandra----And-Enjoy yer time there!-Lynda
DeleteHere I am commenting on time.
ReplyDeleteIt's a day of rest for me, for sure. After karaoke last night and getting home almost 11:30, I was so 'Up", I wasn't able to relax. Didn't fall asleep til about 1 A.M. I know the time, cuz I know when I got up for my third bathroom trip.
I did play bingo with the group today. I won 3 games. We play a nickel a card, and the winner gets all the $.
I know you will be glad to see your visitors go. They are probably anxious to get home, too.
Tomorrow I have garbage and recyclables to take out and laundry. Only have 2 bananas. I will eat one soon after my daily meditation. I will probably need to get them.
You never said it you got a better sleep after your 3 A.M. trip outside. I hope so.
{{{HUGS}}}
