Strong Women Fight ---

 Another day has begun--getting closer and closer to Christmas--Santa visited us a few years ago--right in our house--well, it was Son#4's house really-- That was the Christmas that our power was out for 4 days and we had to move Christmas to town--and  Santa found us there, in town---

We have a cold overcast day going on outside-no snow falling however-- which means --no shovelling--but-- IT IS HAIR DAY---- Yesterday was grocery day----(very time consuming and extremely tiring--)-but, so so good when it is over for a few days---

but----  this morning, I did venture onto the scales---down one more pound--but, I am not getting too excited over that weight loss, as I know I could eat it back in the next 5 minutes-but--  I did 12 minutes on that Dreadmill this AM--enough to get rid of the sciatica for to-day--
I hope that to-day will be special or you---If it's not going that way yet---  make it  special---You are what you love--(I thought that was quite unique-)-
You are not your thighs or your teeth-----Good thing too eh?---

Be strong- -to-day---and everyday ----Strong women have love in their souls---

  1. It's Kathy. I love the FATigue cartoon! So appropriate! You make me smile every time I read your blogs. My husband, the all time Grinch if Christmas (for years he wore a Grinch shirt on Christmas day) is going to be Santa Clause for 2 hours at the Art Center. I'm thinking of sneaking up there to take a picture! I know what you mean about grocery shopping. It's never been something I enjoyed but these days it's so very tiring, especially when you look at the prices of things. I'm glad you got yours done for awhile! I think I might need to stop sometime tomorrow! Have a good day!

  2. I am glad there's no snow for you. It will be easier to get to your hair appointment. If you're like me, you will find another little errand to get done while you're out.
    Love the photo of you two with Santason.
    A couple cute memes today.
    It's supposed to be 50F here today, but now it's barely above freezing. We do have lovely blue skies.
    A have a couple more loads of laundry to catch up...towels, sheets, etc. Of course the laundry room is busy! And my roll of quarters to do the wash is hiding. They will turn up eventually.
    Did they say how long you will need to wait for your results? Do you have a follow-up appointment?
    Let's think of happier stuff. Why not?
    Off to check for quarters and an empty laundry room again. {{{HUGS}}}

  6. My day was packed with people, but all worth it! Headed back to be the "responsible adult" for my sister for the overnight shift. She had the second cataract taken care of today. And visited another sister's husband in the hospital next door. Like I said, busy day.

    Hope hair day has lifted your spirits!
