"Get that old guy off the beach"

-I have to tell you that NO SNOW IS FALLING--YEAHHH!!--so happy---  because it means less work for me---
-so--Yesterday I had my hair done-- and-- it does make one feel like a "woman" again--
Did I tell you that, to save $$$$, I go to a person's home-- plus I wash it at my house--dry it, and that person styles it--

Now, I have to get  Himself to Daycare----  so I will add to this as soon as I get back home-- You know this is Dec. 1st---  the month of Christmas----and "you know who" comes this month---

and-----  all of you people who live in the "SOUTH"--please get the old guy off the beach and  tell him to get his sleigh ready--and to pack it with all the toys for the girls and boys--and--"HOUSE WIVES" around the world--
Just look at him resting and reading all his mail--from the good little boys and girls wish list--AND "US"---AND----LOOK!-----He is in his bare feet! ---  Tell him that we have snow in the north now---so--- Get OFF that chair and round up his reindeer--
--WE ARE WAITING up here in the North--Lordy Be!--It's Dec. 1st---
GET WITH IT SANTA!-----

So-----I am offa here--- and you all must   move that old guy from the beach----It'll take some persuation , by the looks of it--He seems pretty settled in---- He even has his leather bag with him--

Himself is going to the Day Program at the Lodge---but , I knew I had to get all of you to work on that jolly old man-

If we are going to have a Xmas--You must all be very strong!

  1. Lynda, that's a lovely photo of you with your freshly 'done' hair!
We have no snow, either. Not even below freezing here! Partly sunny, too.
This time of year we never know what to expect. The situation could change in a short time.
Sadie needs to to some more today as she kinda slacked off yesterday. I have decided that your Sadie and mine must be twins. Their parents gave them the same name cuz they couldn't tell them apart!
I just got a message on FB that I left my passenger side window down. Huh? I'd better go down and check things out.
    I know Himself will enjoy his daycare. You have a chance to do what you'd like while he is there. {{{HUGS}}}

  2. It's Kathy. You look wonderful. I love that you can wash & dry it yourself and your hairdresser just styles it for you. My mom would never miss her "hair day" - I think it was Thursdays. After my dad passed away I would call when we had heavy snow falling to suggest she skip it - but nope, she drove through anything to make sure she got her hair done! No snow here and none in the foreseeable future. We might get a dusting but that's it. I'm happy about that. I don't mind winter so much but I do not like the snow! Have a great day!

  9. Hi Lynda. Your hair looks fantastic. I like that you can do the prep at home and hairdresser styles it.
Santa is likely up your way at the workshop.
Hope himself has a good day at daycare. You can relax a wee bit.
The little girl picture cracks me up.
Like the inserts from Cher and Oprah.
Lite rain again today in St.Louis. I'd be ecstatic if we didn't get any snow. I hate it. Pretty to look at but dangerous if you have to get out or go anywhere. 4 inches of snow paralyzes St.Louis and causes havoc. Please keep it up there.
    Hugs
