December the 2nd--and here we all are!--I see Santa is thinking about his job, coming sooner than we realize-- It is overwhelming to him, the more he thinks of it--We do not have snow falling--yet! --- I hope to get bananas and whatever else--I was told yesterday at the hairdresser, that we now have a sugar shortage--white and brown--All I could think of, was--- Good thing the hummingbirds have left---
To-morrow the nurse comes to dress Himself's leg--It might be the last time-- so, that is the reason I might hit the grocery store this AM--So, what are you planning to do to-day?--- decorate?---- help Sadie, the cleaning Lady?--- just veg?-----visit a friend?--catch a nap?----whatever it is, I do hope something really good happens for you---
This morning I shipped back a package I wasn't happy with to the merchant, and I picked up my grocery order. All these little tasks that keep life moving along, eh? Hope your Saturday is a good one, and that Santa gets his act together!
ReplyDeleteLots going on isn't there this time of year- I enjoy iy tho Barb-Lynda
DeleteYou think we inspire and help you, but it really goes both ways, Lynda!
ReplyDeleteGreat memes, great advice, etc.
It's great if Himself's wound will be good now and need no more treatment.
I took 2 friends on their errands and did a brief stop myself. One of the friends gave me $5 toward gas.
Hope Sadie gets a bit more done here today. I know the chores she doesn't finish will still be here tomorrow. I have to take a nap with Lucky, though.
There is karaoke tonight! I will take my friend with the bariatric walker. Hopefully my adopted local daughters will come with the mother of one living with them all.
Lucky is asking for attention. I will see if he wants me to play with him with one of his wands. Then it's off to our snooze.
I did a bit of decorating yesterday...outside on my door and the private space around it. Haven't put up my wreath or wall tree yet. I'll get to it.
Hope all proceeds for you this weekend just as you hope it will. {{{HUGS}}}
Karaoke sounds like fun!--I must decorate also---It was grocery day tho--You nap with Lucky --Loprez lies om ,y chest when I nap-- Lynda
DeleteOh really??? A sugar shortage. Haven’t noticed that. BUT I don’t use a lot of sugar, either. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteHad breakfast w/some friends this morning. It was lovely.
Hope all goes well w/the nurse visit tomorrow for Himself.
Cold here, too. Had a dusting of snow overnight. Ah well, December is making itself known.
HUGS and remember YOU are Special, too.

no snow falling today--was a nice day--Lynda
DeleteIt's Kathy. I've had my class at the gym and my stretch session which makes me feel wonderful! I'm going to take Daisy for a very short walk - it's cold outside and I feel cold inside too! But she needs some activity. Then I'm going to work on my big pile of recipes - it's gotten pretty much overrun. So a rather quiet day really - I'll watch a Hallmark movie while doing that. Hope you have a good day!
ReplyDeleteIt was a cold day here also--but--no snow fell--Lynda
DeleteHoping tomorrow’s nurse visit goes just fine, thank goodness you spoke up quickly! Enjoy your bananas.

DeleteHi Lynda: You're right. It was in the news about the place that process it in B.C. (I think) was having some problems. Don't know the details. It was nice here today but supposed to start raining tomorrow and I think the next couple of days. Better than snow! I had to take my dog to the vet again today - 3rd time this week. Ate what she shouldn't again! Hope all goes well with the nurse tomorrow. Take care Brenda
ReplyDeleteGreat inserts
ReplyDeleteYou are brilliant EVERY DAY.
Busy cleaning, errands, Christmas cards, bill paying, etc etc etc. One of those days.
Raining in St.Louis.
