To-day we will be brilliant!

December the 2nd--and here we all are!--I see  Santa is thinking about his job, coming  sooner than we realize--  It is overwhelming  to him, the more he thinks of it--
We do not have snow falling--yet! ---  I hope to get bananas and whatever else--I was told yesterday at the hairdresser, that we now have a sugar shortage--white and brown--All I could think of, was--- Good thing the hummingbirds have left---

To-morrow the nurse comes to dress Himself's leg--It might be the last time-- so, that is the reason I might hit  the grocery store this AM--So, what are you planning to do to-day?---  decorate?----  help Sadie, the cleaning Lady?---  just veg?-----visit a friend?--catch a nap?----whatever it is, I do hope something really good happens for you---

Simple--- See????

I must get the 2 dogs out--It's looking cold out there--As Himself and I always say, "Let's get this baby into action!"---
-----Remember that you really are special---We must choose to step forward into the unknown and assume it will be brilliant--never choose to be afraid of what to do next-
-Lord love a Duck!-I must tell myself this every day--

  1. This morning I shipped back a package I wasn't happy with to the merchant, and I picked up my grocery order. All these little tasks that keep life moving along, eh? Hope your Saturday is a good one, and that Santa gets his act together!

  2. You think we inspire and help you, but it really goes both ways, Lynda!
    Great memes, great advice, etc.
It's great if Himself's wound will be good now and need no more treatment.
I took 2 friends on their errands and did a brief stop myself. One of the friends gave me $5 toward gas.
Hope Sadie gets a bit more done here today. I know the chores she doesn't finish will still be here tomorrow. I have to take a nap with Lucky, though.
There is karaoke tonight! I will take my friend with the bariatric walker. Hopefully my adopted local daughters will come with the mother of one living with them all.
Lucky is asking for attention. I will see if he wants me to play with him with one of his wands. Then it's off to our snooze.
I did a bit of decorating yesterday...outside on my door and the private space around it. Haven't put up my wreath or wall tree yet. I'll get to it.
    Hope all proceeds for you this weekend just as you hope it will. {{{HUGS}}}

  3. Oh really??? A sugar shortage. Haven’t noticed that. BUT I don’t use a lot of sugar, either. Good luck!

Had breakfast w/some friends this morning. It was lovely.

Hope all goes well w/the nurse visit tomorrow for Himself.

Cold here, too. Had a dusting of snow overnight. Ah well, December is making itself known.

HUGS and remember YOU are Special, too.

  4. It's Kathy. I've had my class at the gym and my stretch session which makes me feel wonderful! I'm going to take Daisy for a very short walk - it's cold outside and I feel cold inside too! But she needs some activity. Then I'm going to work on my big pile of recipes - it's gotten pretty much overrun. So a rather quiet day really - I'll watch a Hallmark movie while doing that. Hope you have a good day!

  7. Hi Lynda: You're right. It was in the news about the place that process it in B.C. (I think) was having some problems. Don't know the details. It was nice here today but supposed to start raining tomorrow and I think the next couple of days. Better than snow! I had to take my dog to the vet again today - 3rd time this week. Ate what she shouldn't again! Hope all goes well with the nurse tomorrow. Take care Brenda
