Be you--- The world will adjust--

---and it's a great day- everyone is upright-Himself has not fallen---Lopez and I have been out--and  he did his business--overcast---and buggy here---no sign of -----the toad---Hopefully he has just buried himself in the mud in the garden---He seems to like to be wet---

Son#2, the Pilot, who is in Sao Paulo, Brazil, has found a MacDonalds and said the menu is in Portugese-(cannot spell that)----He said he did not eat there---

Well, I got a bad bite from Lopez yesterday on 2 of my fingers --I need to talk to Cesar Milan--or--give Lopez to Son #3 who he respects --He sure doesn't respect me--  thinks I am a push over I think--and I sorta am---I do not like to give a dog away as it mixes them up-- but, he is such a feisty little guy--and can be quite dangerous----

My " Mr Helper Man" cut the lakeside of the house and weed whacked--and he cut the hill--As yu can see, it is quite a large area, slanting dowen to the lake--

Are you enjoying to-day--Sunday-- "The Lords Day" ?--(-as Mom used to say)----Are you  taking to-day to rest somewhat?---Can you turn up the sound of your Soul-------and DANCE---pretend you are a Princess--
Speaking of dancing---  I am invited to watch  our youngest Grand Daughter dance in a recital this afternoon--I was given a ticket to the Recital-----I feel honoured----

Hopefully you are feeling strong ---

  1. A recital! I miss those days. Enjoy!
I am loving the weather. I wish that we had summer all year round! I can play in my garden all day. My dog hates the heat even though I have him groomed and shaved. I brought out the kiddy pool for him yesterday. He does love be that!
Yesterday I attended the last of the graduation parties! I had 7 this year! Crazy.
I hope that Himselfstays upright today. It is so scary to fall. Never used to worry about that stuff before. Getting older is so much fun, huh?
I’ve cooked us breakfast and now on to the outside. Have a wonderful week and enjoy the recital!

  2. Oh my. Glad to hear everyone is upright, but sorry to hear about the Lopez incident. *SIGH*

Looks like your helper did a wonderful job for you on the property!

  3. It's Kathy. I'm so sorry that little Lopez bit you. Daisy get's a bit angry with her dad when he is teasing her but while she might growl, I'm thankful that she knows not to bite. Although if someone were trying to really hurt me, she just might show them what she's got! We are having a very nice day, although very windy. I should get outside and get some work done but I also have to clean my house. Yesterday I ordered a Rumba vacuum cleaner because I will not be able to vacuum after my surgery for 6 months and while my husband will do it, he' a once-a-month kind of guy! It's coming today and I'm kind of excited - it will also clean my tile and hardwood floors! YEAH! The Father Hennepin festival is still going on - yesterday they had a couple bands playing from 6 pm to about 10 pm. And they were pretty close to our home so I could hear the drumming! I'm glad this is the last day! I think today they will have boat races on the river - more noise!!! Have a good day.

  4. I'm sorry that Lopez bit you. Ember has got me a few times, being puppy and not having yet learned how to avoid it entirely. But the smaller breeds seem to be more prone to it. Hope you find a way for him to be safe and your skin to remain intact!

I try to do what the trainer advised as far as teacher her not to jump and nip, but it's a tough road. Once she has decided I'm ignoring her (what the trainer said to do) and turn my back, she sometimes escalates with the nipping seeking my attention! I may schedule another private training session, just to keep things moving in a positive direction.

Hope your Sunday is a smooth one!

  5. Hi Lynda, love Be you, the world will adjust! Love that.
Lopez,...you'll do what you think is best. Sons house sounds like a very attractive alternative and you could visit. I'm so sorry he bit you AGAIN! That's not desirable.
I'm so glad you hired help with the lawn. He did a nice job.
Hoping Fred can attend day program tomorrow.
Nice that you are invited to dance recital. So sweet to want Grandma to watch her perform.
Pilot passed on McDobalds...that doesn't happen often.
Take it easy today. You need down time. Do as little as possible for a change.
    Have a peaceful day.

  6. Hi Lynda! It’s a relaxing day in Ohio. Can’t believe the pilot didn’t eat at McDonald’s. LOL! Gosh, get that collar for Lopez! Your yard looks lovely! Hope you are getting rest today. Besides your bed changing. Hugs!

  7. Hi Lynda: If Lopez respects your son and his buddies already live there, that might be the best since he is bad with you and doesn't get along with himself. Then maybe you could get another Shepherd. Can't believe the Pilot passed on a McDonald's. The guy that's helping with the lawn does a good job and less for you to do. That's good Have a good night. 1. OH Brenda=-- I shall try very hard to keep Lopez--- would love a Shepherd but it would complicate things if we ever moved--which doesn't look too much like that is going go to happen--Lynda

  8. No Himself is not in pain-but-- all he was doing was reaching for a shirt--I moved all the shirts down lower in the closet-- dunno what to do with Lopez---I do not think he will change---That poor Lady who broke her femur-- Yes--- It would be fun to do the Karaoke -Lynda
