  1. Lynda, if himself is a wizard...what does that make you? If Himself was a warlock, we could call you a witch! ;-)
I've already been out, too. My friend with no wheels needed a ride. She bought me lunch and a chocolate malt at Dairy Queen.
Not doing too much today in preparation for a late night at karaoke.
Gonna call up some songs I want to sing on youtube and practice them. Songs I haven't done for a long time.
Glad you liked that couple year old photo of me and my perm that I sent on Messenger.
With an outing, don't also wear yourself out with yard work, too. It's the weekend. Remember when that used to be for relaxation? Now being retired, it seems like every day is either work or relaxation...no difference in what day of the week it is.
Are the black flies gone yet? Is Lopez still being bothered by them? How old (about) is Sushi? Lucky is slowing down, too. He's over 7 now, and the vet considers that a senior.
All for now, sis. Will check for any comments after karaoke. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  2. It's Kathy. I love the quote with the dove - I saved it to remember, maybe read it every day. We had more rain last night - coming down fiercely. Everything is wet this morning, kind of soggy. More rain tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday - I think we've made up for the drought and little snow! I guess I'd rather have rain than snow! I hope your trip into town is a good one. Tom and I are going to the store sometime today, they have pork chops on sale and that's my favorite thing to eat! Maybe we'll go at dinner time and also buy some chicken and salads for dinner - oh what a good idea that is! I have so many things I want to get done before my next surgery and it seems now that I've settled in to the idea, the pain is less. I'll take it. I hope you and himself have a really great day!

  3. Hi Lynda, love the inserts. Positivity is one of the many traits I admire about you. And fierce, lol, that's also you.
What in the world is himself going to do with topsoil? Maybe it's just a wee bit fir a tomato plant.
Sadie lollygaged around this morning so WE just finished the housework a little while ago. I did strip bed and got all the laundry done. I guess we didn't lollygag too much after all. I've got a few errands to do uptown so I best get moving.
Indeed, I am so very blessed and grateful to live in this country even with all its problems. We're also blessed to have the fine folks of Canada nearby. Blessed indeed.
The cicadas are starting to dwindle in numbers. Hoping your black flies are about over.
Have a wonderful day, no an amazing day. Be safe.
Hugs and blessings from St.Louis MO area

  4. Hi Lynda! It is 78 and hot in Ohio! My husband, nephew and I worked outside for a few hours weedeating, cleaning up sticks, etc before it got real hot. It never fails, I always see a frog or snake! My husband never does! It was a snake today and it went under my deck! I was so bothered by that but later it came out and was eating a frog they said. It was about to go in the garage. Oh my! I can’t stand it! After my shower, I turned the AC on and sat down with iced coffee. All is good now. Whew! LOL! Hope your day is going well! Hugs!

  7. Hi Lynda: Yes we are lucky to live here where we don't have war or anything. It must be hotter there today than here if you put the air on. Is himself going to plant something? I think I remember last year he had tomatoes. Not much weed whacking if it's too hot. And yes, you are amazing! Have a good night. Hugs Brenda
