Summer in the North is the best!

 Sunday-- and it is sunny---  and hot---  LAST NIGHT--SUPPER--WAS THE BEST EVER!  The Whole family came for dinner--
Supper last night was,   pizza--with lots of salad, and Tim Horton's Donuts--with fruit--for dessert-The best part was being together---ALL of us----and even some of the dogs--
-- the "young" dogs--  some of them-----We had a lot of "dock time"---as yu see below---
---We only have a couple more days and then "they" =--some of the families depart for home---  very very sad---

Son #2, brought his drone--so took some pictures of the house here, front and back-This was the back--  showing all my grass-

I read all your suggestions last night before bed--about Lopez--So far he is still here---I hope that he stays----It depends on whether I can become the "pack Leader"----I am trying to be the Dominant figure in this little guy's life --We shall see!

I must get back to my kids---and the Grand kids--  and the dogs--and the man in the house-- I hope that your day is sunny and good--- Hugs to yu all---

  6. I really love all the pics today! What great memories with the kids and dogs. Big kids and little kids. Lol I see a Cavalier dog. There are many available here in Ohio but don’t know much about them. They sure are cute! I know you will figure out what to do with little Lopez at walk time. Maybe a spray bottle in hand? Cloudy and 75 here today. So nice. Enjoy your last couple days with everyone. Eat ice cream! Lol Hugs!

  7. Love the pictures and fun times had by all. You are blessed to have them all together. Smart to have an easy dinner that all could enjoy without too-o-o much effort! About Lopez, my worry would be that he might attack Himself sometime and he wouldn't be able to protect himself fast enough. Especially if he were to lose his balance. Be very careful about the whole situation. D.

  9. It's Kathy - what lovely pictures and what a wonderful family you have. I had all my children and grandchildren here for dinner last Wednesday and we only number 15. Didn't think to take any photos but that would have been a good idea! I love the dogs too. I hope all things work out with little Lopez. My Daisy did something I never thought she'd do - she ran over to the neighbors to growl at the dog she is dog-sitting for. I guess at the end of the day they are still animals. I know Daisy has been on edge with all the comings and goings of my children this week. Then on Friday a couple houses down they held a very large Somalian Wedding with over 100 guests. People were parking in front of our house so Daisy was on high alert! Enjoy your family while they're there!

  11. Having all your family together is awesome! You are making some great memories! And I know it will be sad for you when your daughter and her family leave. I just got back from a week-end family reunion so had not read about Lopez biting you until just now. I think you can get tough with him and let him know you are the boss. You have a strong will and can make it happen! I am just wondering if you ever discovered what he was protecting on his loveseat/bed?

  12. Such a better day for you today!
    Family time is so important.
    Many will be leaving soon, but that will lower the stress of excitement, too.
    Hope you saw my comment last night.
    Be Blessed! (we know we are, but at times it's hard to remember). {{{HUGS}}}
