  1. Good morning, Lynda! It is July 4th holiday here today! My wonderful husband picked up doughnuts and iced coffee this morning. He will grill ribs this evening. I have a few pieces of comical duck pottery. I call it my “Lord love a duck” dishes because of you. LOL Love the pic. Looks so fun! We will get in the pool later. Enjoy your hair and grocery outing! Don’t forget to rest. Hugs!

  4. Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. It's a gloomy day here today and it matches my mood. Didn't sleep very well last night. But shortly I'm off to Pilates which I'm sure will make me feel better! I hope you have a good day!

  5. Loved the picture but about choked at the number of stairs to get down to the dock. That is certainly a place for a younger person! You would have to learn to take everything in one trip. Guess I am showing my age but fun for them. Enjoy the family and relax with them. Dot

  6. Lynda, that last meme is hilarious! I just saw a post on FB that made me laugh out loud, too. When I find it again, I will credit the sender. It said something like, "I am so happy! Soon I will be out of debt. I have an appointment at the bank. I am so excited I can hardly put on my ski mask!"
Life looks wonderful in your 'neck of the woods.' It was raining earlier and will more later, but for now the rain has stopped.
I am ready to go down for our luncheon in less than an hour. Wonder what people will bring. I know there will be JoAnne's lasagna, my fruit salad and cookies. All kinds of stuff in addition, depending on what people bring. There is no necessity to bring food, though...all are welcome.
You will enjoy your hair day and errands. Hope Lopez goes with you or stays in his crate.
My little angel with his tilted halo, Lucky, is by my side wanting attention. That's 'cause I have been in the kitchen. He seems always happier when near me. Except, of course, when he is sleeping on a closet shelf or something similar.
I'll check later here, too. Hope all goes well for all four of you today. We gotta make it so! {{{HUGS}}} Love, your sis, Maggie

  8. Good Afternoon Lynda,
We are getting rain here, supposed to stop in 1/2 hr. We will be going to see the "Fireworks" later this evening at the Country Club just about 2 miles from us. No we are not members, way to much money. They do allow us to sit on the golf course to watch tho, which is very nice of them.
I loved the picture of your family, and all the good food that you were
eating. It always tastes better when someone else cooks. I never know if you even read these posts because I never see anything written, but know that I think of you and himself often.
    Take care
    Your friend

  9. Hi Lynda: Love the last comment. Are those the stairs at your son's dock? There sure are lots of them. Way too many for me - my limit is 4! Great picture though. Glad your daughter is staying for a couple of weeks this year. Lots of fun times. Have a good night. Brenda
