We are having freezing rain-- just to let yu all know--in case the power goes out overnight here-- Hopefully it won't-- The weather is terrible!
I took Himself to the Hearing Clinic this AM-- The Lady there put him in a booth and retested his hearing and since 2018, his left ear only has 12% hearing --She told him to not wear the hearing aid at all , in his left ear --We were there all morning--
Hopefully we do not lose power overnight--and I will be able to post a new blog-- Lynda
Be safe!
ReplyDeleteI hope you will be safe and no freezing rain comes!
ReplyDeleteI hope your hydro stays on, make sure you will be able to stay warm if it does. And get out those flashlights/candles, etc.
ReplyDeleteDoes Fred still have to wear a hearing aid in the other ear?? No wonder he can't hear at times - 12% hearing, terrible! I have 0/zero hearing in both ears, this I had a cochlear implant done after being totally deaf for 16 years! Believe me, I"m grateful to be hearing sounds and voices, I hear everything with my ear device on!
Take care, hope to see a blog from you tomorrow to tell us how it's going.
Love and hugs to you, Fred and your furry babies. xoxo
I loved my wee Chihauhau Snooks, you saw her photo on my wall on facebook yesterday. She never could be fully housebroken and would do her business on the floor if she was alone in a room. It was difficult because I was the one who cleaned up after her but she was so loving, I'd look into those big bright eyes and just melt. I think these tiny dogs know they can do this to their humans, LOL!
ReplyDeleteHope that's your last winter storm, we sure need some good weather.
Love to you, Fred, and all your furry babies. xoxo
Prayers that Himself gets his aids changed so he can hear better.
ReplyDeletePoor guy....getting hit from 2 sides...
