Don't let the crazies get you down!

-Late--  late for a very important date--Posting late!----  and I am so sorry----We attended a Birthday celebration at Son #3's house for a Grand Daughter last evening---It was a beautiful  get together--with pizza and cake and happy people and a Grand Daughter, turning 17 yrs ----  It is absolutely wonderful to celebrate  Birthdays of Grand Kids--and watch them mature--

But there was a bit of a storm on the home front--and I was told about it---all over a crazy whatever- ----and I felt sad that , that had to happen---Maybe it's best to just cut the grass myself--skip all the  PAIN-------because I never ever meant to cause any problem----Life can be so difficult sometimes--- but----  I shall avoid  any mix-ups  for sure in the future--AND JUST KEEP GOING--

"OTHER PEOPLE'S NEGATIVITY IS NOT MY PROBLEM"

NOW--TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT---JUST LOOK AT THIS ADORABLE CHILD---

                                                                        so beautiful---
Remember when, out and about, never allow the crazies  get you down----

  1. Hi Lynda! Happy Sunday! Our fave day. Sorry sbout your homefront ordeal. Lord love a duck! That little girl in the scarf reminds me how my grandma made me wear hers til we got to the church door. I got sick easy and she always wanted my ears covered. It is cloudy and 77 in Ohio. I miss the sunshine. Hope you have sunshine today! Hugs!

  3. So sorry, sis, about the storm. Since it was at the party, I can kinda guess what it involved. You do not need to cut all that grass yourself! Just take care who you ask for help...Most people tend to their own needs first, then will help others. Unless they're saints, and most of us are not that.
You didn't mention how happy Lopez was to visit Nola in her house.
I just paid more bills today, shopped for a couple things, and filled the car's gas tank. I'm about now to take down the garbage.
We have a lovely day today. Sunny, warmer and just a bit of a breeze. It's like fall is holding off after all.
Today is the beginning of a new week. When dealing with our time, let's accept the negative situations and celebrate the positive. Most days the positive stuff will outweigh the other. Let's see the beauty and kindness in this world and find reasons to feel good.
Hope today's been better! {{{LOVE}}} Love, Maggie
Love the memes today! That baby girl IS adorable! And the 'queen'? Right on!

  4. It's Kathy. I just sent you a message on Facebook saying I couldn't respond to your blog and came back and by some miracle, now I can. I don't question the gods of computers - they work in strange ways. I'm sorry there was a bit of a storm at the birthday party. But I do agree it's so special to be able to watch our grandchildren grow up into such lovely young people. I've had another quiet day today. I think my body is just done pushing! I'll do a bit of clean up tomorrow and then I'm on recovery mode for the next 3 months! Hopefully my husband will be able to handle it. Hope you had a good day.

  5. How awesome that you and Himself were able to help your 17 yr. old granddaughter celebrate her birthday! So special.

Sorry that grass cutting caused an upset. *SIGH* Just never know. You know, some day it will be their regret, honestly.

Yup . . . I remember wearing the BABUSHKA (scarf) @ my Polish Grandma’s insistence if it was the least bit cold. LOL Hated it then, but so many memories now.

Hold your head high. You are strong.
