IT'S TODAY my favourite day

To-day IS my favourite day--We have sun--- cooler temperatures-- no black flies--Lopez and I "hoofed" it up the road--(as Dad always said)-----We are not sick-Lordy Be!--lotza good stuff going on------

Last evening, I trimmed back all the very tall bushes in my wild garden---  ready for new growth in the Spring--It was such a lovely evening, I hated to be inside--I am going to go down and rake up the  stuff I chopped off--Hopefully everything leafs out in the Spring--after I chopped the bushes back-- Oh well!   Live and learn eh???------  

And last week, at the grocery, there were the mangoes yu see in the picture--$6  for a case---  odd looking mangoes--- I bought them, left them on the counter all week, Himself just cut them. and they are delicious--juicy--tasty----



It is hair day---so, for now, I shall leave you---  I hope your day goes well---Make it go well---  NO CRYING--- POSITIVE THOUGHTS

    Lynda, it IS a great day!
    We have mostly sunny today. No rain. Temp seems the beginning of fall, though. A few trees changing colors, lots of pine cones falling...squirrels hunting food to store.
    My rebate check finally came.
    JoAnne and I are going to the casino to play bingo. They give you lots of freebees if you come during your birthday month. I will let you know if I win...big or small. Even if I don't, it will be a fun day with a friend. We are going out to one of my favorite restaurants afterwards.
    Lucky is sleeping. I can sneak out without causing him angst. He has a bit of separation anxiety.
    Almost time to go down to load Jo's walker.
    Enjoy your hair appointment...and probably an errand or two.

    Will check back later, sis. All 4 of you...be happy.
    Oh! bugs? My fruit flies are much diminished. Almost time I can buy bananas again. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

    Wow! You did a lot of stuff outside! Good workout.

    Oh those mangoes look delicious. I am not so good @ cutting them, but they are tasty!

    Yes, sometimes family become our friends and friends become family! Nice, isn't it.

    Hi Lynda, enjoy hair day.
    Last beautiful, cool day in St.Louis. heat returns ...high 90sF.....all through next week. It's nice having windows open, but AC will return tomorrow.
    Just returned from gym cardio class. Sadie and I knocked out the house chores early.
    Like the insert about friends becoming family. Loyal, good friends are rare, at least for me. I'm not a crier so that reminder isn't applicable to me.
    Today is a great day.
    I'm sure your bushes appreciate the haircut.
    Have a great day and don't work outside as you'll wreck your hair.

First of all, you need to enable 3rd Party cookies. That will help fix your Whoops errors. So if you're on Firefox, turn off your Enhanced Tracking Protection.
